Set up your workspace and first campaign

Start with one channel and a small audience. You need a Convert workspace, permission to manage its sending settings, a contact you can safely test with, and an available plan allowance or wallet balance for live sending.

1. Connect a channel

  • Email: open Settings → Channels → Email. Add your root sending domain, complete DNS setup, and confirm a sender and Reply-To address. Follow email setup.
  • WhatsApp: open WhatsApp and connect your number using the displayed QR code or pairing-code flow. Meta Cloud uses its own channel configuration and approved templates. Follow WhatsApp setup.
  • SMS: submit the Sender ID needed for your message type and wait for approval. Follow SMS setup.
Check readiness before composing. A configured channel is not necessarily sendable: a domain may still await verification, a WhatsApp session may be disconnected, or an SMS Sender ID may be pending.

2. Create a small contact list

Create a list under Contacts and add a few known test recipients. Store international phone numbers and valid email addresses. If you import a file, review column mappings and background import results before using that audience.
Record real consent. Marketing eligibility is channel-specific; possessing a phone number or email does not itself prove permission to send. See contacts and consent.

3. Prepare your content

Use a saved template for repeatable content, or write directly in the campaign composer. Add required variables such as first name, review the fallback when a value is missing, and inspect the resolved content for a test contact. Email also needs a subject and an active sender.
API test mode validates a single-message request without sending or charging. A dashboard test send can deliver a real message; read the action label before using it.

4. Review the campaign

Check the audience, purpose, channel, sender, content, schedule, and cost estimate. A segment campaign must use a single delivery channel. Smart routing still needs an approved SMS Sender ID when SMS is selected.
Launch only after review. Starting a campaign queues recipient preparation and delivery. Larger audiences are paced according to the selected provider, so the campaign may remain in progress after the page returns.

5. Read the outcome

Monitor recipient results rather than treating a campaign-level completion badge as delivery confirmation. Investigate excluded and failed recipients, check provider receipts, and use webhooks if your application needs updates automatically.
