Use of Convert
You may use Convert to communicate with customers and contacts who have lawfully opted in or where you otherwise have a valid basis to contact them. You are responsible for the content you send and the contacts you upload.
Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that only authorized team members access your workspace, API keys, campaigns, and billing settings.
Messaging compliance
You agree to follow applicable messaging, privacy, anti-spam, WhatsApp, SMS, DND, telecom, and consumer protection rules. Convert may pause, reject, or block sending that appears abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or harmful to deliverability.
Payments and usage
Messaging may be billed by wallet balance, usage, provider fees, or plan terms shown in the product. Third-party fees, including Meta or carrier fees, may apply separately.
Templates and integrations
Templates, Meta submissions, sender IDs, webhooks, APIs, and integrations must be used truthfully and responsibly. Approval by a provider is not guaranteed and may be revoked by that provider.
Service availability
We work to keep Convert reliable, but messaging depends on networks, providers, carrier rules, contact availability, and external platforms. Delivery times and delivery outcomes are not guaranteed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, policy violations, unlawful activity, or conduct that harms Convert, Ruut Chat, customers, contacts, or providers.
